Approximate timing (will be confirmed nearer the date):

11:00 – 13:00  First rehearsal

13:00 – 14:00  Break for lunch (bring your own, or get something local from Whitton high street nearby)

14:00 – 16:30  Final rehearsal

16:30 – 19:00  Evening break

19:00 – 19:15  Quick warm up

19:15 – 19:30  Calming break!

19:30 – 21:30  Performance (including interval)

Important notes: 

• Please be prepared to come for the whole day – we can’t accept singers or players just for the performance – rehearsing together is essential!
• We will provide the sheet music, but if you have your own score of the Vivaldi Gloria or Dido and Aeneas, please bring it with you.
• Meals are not provided, but there will be tea, coffee and biscuits (maybe even cake!) available throughout the day. There are an abundance of eateries and mini-supermarkets in Whitton High Street where you can hunt down a snack…
• No dress code – wear whatever you would like to wear! Whitton Choral members usually go for colourful smart casual in our Summer concerts.
• Concert will take place at the Whitton Baptist Church, Hounslow Road, TW2 7BZ
• Disabled access.
